We got the appraisal numbers today! To be quite honest we were a little disappointed. We were hoping the house would appraise for at least 10k over what we paid and it ended up appraising for only 2k over. It is still good news though don't get me wrong :) We are definitely happy. I think the big down side is that the walk out basement isn't finished. Once we do that it will add a lot of value to the property.
We are not quite sure what is next in the process. . . .I'll post more news if we hear anything. All we may have to do is get a giant check from the bank and drive to town on the 31st!!! Only 3 more weeks to go.
